Enables resolutions of up to 8K 60Hz and is DisplayPort 1.4 compliant. It supports HDR10, DSC, and 2 channel audio. The USB-C to DisplayPort Converter Cable is compatible with laptops and devices from various brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and more. It works with all hardware platforms and any operating system. The USB Type-C to DisplayPort Cable requires no drivers or software and works with USB-C DP Alt Mode, USB4, Thunderbolt 3, and Thunderbolt 4 laptops and devices. Combining a video adapter and cable minimizes potential points of failure and signal loss. A latching DisplayPort connector reduces the risk of accidental disconnections. The cable is equipped with aluminum connector shells, providing enhanced durability, and shielding from Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). Note: DSC support required to reach maximum resolution capabilities on Intel 11th Gen or later. Note: Apple MacBook's with M1/M2/M3 Pro/Max silicon do not support 8K 60Hz over USB-C DP Alt Mode.
